2023 KVWO Press Start Gala Night

Kinta Valley Wind Orchestra "Press Start" aims to transport the audience into the immersive world of video games through a captivating musical experience. The concert celebrates the rich and diverse musical landscapes of popular games, bringing together talented musicians from the community to create a harmonious blend of melodies.

The orchestra, conducted by the Maestro Dr. Low Chee Meng, will play a repertoire of game music arrangements that will thrill both game enthusiasts and the general public alike. The concert not only showcases the talents of the community wind orchestra but also brings together gamers, music enthusiasts, and families in an unforgettable celebration of the shared love for gaming and its captivating soundtracks.

“Press Start” concert will be held at the prestigious RTM Auditorium Ipoh, with two shows scheduled for 28 and 29 of October.  The first show on 28 October will be our Gala Night, while on the following day, we plan to engage the audience further by incorporating cosplay into the concert, allowing attendees to experience the music in a dynamic and interactive manner.

Through this extraordinary concert experience, attendees will be reminded of the impact that game music has had in today’s society, and how it continues to inspire and uplift audiences of all ages.
